Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If your order is shipping within the US, keep an eye out for your order 3-5 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. For international orders, most orders arrive 14-20 business days after they ship depending on the shipping destination. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping within the US on orders $150 and over before tax.

For orders shipping within the US under $150 before tax, a flat shipping fee will show at checkout based on the weight of your order.

For all orders shipping internationally, all shipping fees, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?

When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation in 3 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team at imax@harperandscott.com. You can also track your order by entering your order information in the Chat in the lower right hand corner of the site.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.

How are customs, duties and taxes charged for international shipments?

Customs, duties and taxes are charged on all international shipments and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my items?

To start the returns process, simply enter the IMAX Store Returns Center and enter your order number or email to begin processing your return. Items are eligible for return if they are returned within 30 days of receipt in unworn, unlaundered, unaltered, “as new” condition. All returns must be shipped from within the US - we are unable to accept international returns at this time. Please note a flat fee of $5.99 for return shipping will be deducted from your return refund.

We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time - to exchange an item, process a return and then purchase your desired item through the store at your convenience or once your return has been processed.

My order arrived damaged. How can I receive a refund or replacement?

Quality control is important to us here at IMAX. We’re sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please reach out to our customer support team at imax@harperandscott.com for assistance. Please be sure to share pictures of the damaged items and packaging for the claims process.

An item from my order is missing/incorrect. How can I get help fixing my order?

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you do not wish to keep your order, you will need to process a return within 30 days of receipt, following the return instructions found on our Shipping + Returns Policy.

Gifting

Can I leave a gift message on my order? Can I add a gift receipt?

You may leave an optional gift message on your order in the gift message field in your Shopping Cart. The gift message will be printed on a notecard included with your order. The packing slip that comes with the order may be used as a gift receipt and does not include any pricing information.

By what date should I place my order to receive it by December 23?

For orders shipping within the US, please be sure to place your order by 1pm ET on December 16 to receive your order by December 23, 2022. International orders are subject to our standard international Shipping + Returns Policy.
